Degree in Psychology from the University of Granada.

Master in Human Resources Management taught by ESIC Business School. In 1998 she started working at ADECCO, S.A. after what she started in a Multinacional HR company as a Recruitment Consultant.

After more than 15 years working in consulting, in September 2014, she started being a member of the company SOFTWARE DELSOL as Head of the HR department.

There, she put the Human Resources department into operation.

SOFTWARE DELSOL is a leading company in the management software market, base on a freemium business model. She is currently responsible for managing almost 200 workers.

In 2018 she finished a Master in People Management at the EAE Business School. In addition, in 2020, she finished another Master as Coach and Emotional Intelligence taught by San Pablo CEU of Sevilla.
