With a Masters in Design for Social Impact and a background in Psychology and Sociology, she spent several years conducting academic research throughout multiple institutions, including New York University, where her work mainly focused on studying social panorama. Moreover, her research interests have investigated the impact of social and racial perception on the accessibility and allocation of resources. As she’s transitioned out of academia, she’s held various roles in the tech industry and is now leading the global social impact strategy at Swapcard, including the design and implementation of DEI and CSR initiatives. As part of her current work, she is leading the company-wide strategy towards the implementation of a 4-day work week.
