Complutense 1996; Master in Local Development by the ILO-UN 2001; social researcher; national consultant (electoral politics, youth, local development, tourism, etc) and international; technical assistance and management of International Cooperation projects in Latin America since 1987 with the UN, European Commission, AECID, Comunidad de Madrid, several NGOs and foundations; evaluator of projects, programmes and public policies; specialist in entrepreneurship, employment training, microfinance and MSME development; teacher on empirical research techniques and project methodology; expert on gender; ecofeminist; activist in several environmental, social and human rights organisations.
