Political Scientist, works for IG Metall, an industrial trade union in Germany with 2,1 mio members. She leads a team of trade union officers in the collective bargaining department of the IG Metall headquarter and is an expert in working time issues. Before that, she worked for the European Trade Union Federation IndustriAll Europe in Brussels and supported works councils and trade union delegates in the IG Metall training center in Berlin. The four day work week is more than a dream for her – it´s the right answer to the big questions of the future.
